Basic Operation

Adjusting Volume:

Press”<<” key to increase volume,”>>” to reduce volume

Select Frequency

Press “<<” key to increase channel.”>>” to reduce channel. Channel number will be announced when channel changed.

Transmitting and receiving

To transmit, press and hold the PTT key on the microphone of the earphone and speak normally. Release the PTT key to stop transmitting. For best voice quality, hold the microphone about 2 IN (5cm) away from your mouth and speak normally. Radios can only communicate in the same channel. If you don’t know the current channel number. Long press the M key will transmit a call with “Ting-ling-ling” to other radios. A red LED indicates that the transmitter is active. A green LED indicates that the radio is receiving signal.
