About Shipping:
- Orders processed timely after the payment verification. Tracking No. will be sent to all customers upon package shipment.
- For shipping to Russia/Europe our standard shipping method refers to Economy Post. It will take 20-25 business days to delivery.
- We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
- We will delivery the goods by China Post mail, PostNL mail, Singapore Post, Deutsche Post etc other postmail, and if not particular remarked, we will choose the best one according to your address. It usually takes15~35days to reach you there, but we don\’t guarantee the exact delivery time on your shippments, due to differences in custom clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how fast your parcel will be inspected and passed. Please note that buyers are responsible for your local custom charges and taxes, but we will try to declare your item as a “gift” or “sample” on the invoice to lower your custom charges.
- SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
- Of course if you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, just feel free to contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
